Furthermore, reference is made to the particular "Conditions of Sale, Delivery and Payment" of the ESE entity issuing the Certificate of Product Testing. These "Conditions of Sale, Delivery and Payment" apply to all deliveries made by the ESE entity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
